Service area
Orange County, from the Dana Point Coast Inland
We are based in Dana Point, on the south coast, and cover the whole county. Dana Point and six places near it have pages of their own. For the other cities and communities, look for the outline on the map or the name in the index; the 24-hour emergency response is the same.
Orange County is the whole service area of SoCal Emergency Plumbing Dana Point, which is based in Dana Point, CA. Calls from every address in the county reach a person at any hour. San Clemente or La Habra, the starting point is the same: the plumber comes to you from Dana Point.
Within a few miles of Dana Point the housing changes from place to place. Laguna Beach has the oldest homes nearby, with a median build year of 1964; in Laguna Woods only 7 percent of homes are detached houses and half went up in the 1960s; Ladera Ranch is mostly from the 2000s, and Rancho Mission Viejo is younger still, with a median of 2015. The water is the common thread. South County runs almost entirely on imported water, which the Municipal Water District of Orange County buys and delivers to 27 member agencies, and it is hard: in 2025 the Diemer plant's water averaged 236 mg/L, about 14 grains per gallon, and the Baker plant's in Lake Forest 293 mg/L, about 17. The white, chalky film on faucets and shower doors is that mineral scale, and the same scale settles inside water heaters.
Seven places have a page with their ZIP codes, Census housing figures and notes on water, sewer and permits: Dana Point, San Juan Capistrano, San Clemente, Ladera Ranch, Laguna Beach, Aliso Viejo and Laguna Hills. Count them all and Orange County comes to 34 cities with 5 unincorporated communities besides, and the ones without a page get the same service. Each city issues its own plumbing permits; in unincorporated places such as Ladera Ranch and Rancho Mission Viejo, the County of Orange issues them.
Some things do not change from one address to the next: the price is agreed in writing before a job begins, our C-36 license covers the work, a written workmanship warranty comes with it, and the state has our $25,000 contractor bond on record.

Every city and community in Orange County
Each outline is one city or one unincorporated community, and we serve all of them. The seven drawn darker link to pages of their own; the rest are named in the index below and get the same service. Every call is handled from Dana Point, and the plumber comes to your address.

How it works
From the first call to the cleanup
- 1
Reach us
Phone us or send the request form. A person answers the phone at any hour.
- 2
Set a time
We agree on a visit that suits you. Water that is still running counts as an emergency and gets treated as one.
- 3
Find the cause
First comes the test that shows the cause: a gauge, a camera or a read of the meter. Then the price goes on paper for you to approve before work begins.
- 4
Test and clean up
You see the repair tested, and the area is cleaned before we go.
Plumbing emergency
Call any hour, any day.
When water is spreading, the first move is the main valve to the house, or the one at the meter. Then dial and stay on the line: we tell you what to do next while a plumber starts toward you from Dana Point.
